Exploration on the collaborative training mode of innovative talents in the field of biomedicine under the background of "four new disciplines" construction

摘要:

“四新”建设即新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科建设,在我国经济与科技迅速发展的背景下,全国各大高校加快“四新”建设,力争建设具有中国特色的世界一流大学,为人才的培养提供更好的平台。随着我国生物医药产业的快速发展,生物医药领域对兼具创新能力与较高综合素质的人才需求日益增长。为了满足这一需求,应对国际生物医药市场的巨大挑战,高校开发创新型生物医药人才协同培养模式至关重要。本文主要探讨了在“四新”建设背景下,如何开展生物医药相关人才的协同培养,深入探讨高校、科研机构、企业之间的人才协同培养模式,为有效地提高生物医药人才的实践能力和创新能力提供基础,进而推动我国生物医药领域的快速发展。

Abstract:

The "four new disciplines" is the construction of new engineering, new medical science, new agricultural science and new liberal arts. Under the background of the rapid development of economy and technology in China, numerous universities have accelerated the "four new disciplines" construction, strive to build world-class universities with Chinese characteristics, and provide a better development platform for talents cultivation. With the rapid development of China's biomedical industry, the demand for talents with innovation ability and high comprehensive quality is increasing. In order to meet this demand and to cope with the huge challenges of the international biomedical market, it is very important to develop the collaborative training model of innovative biomedical talents. This paper mainly discusses how to carry out the collaborative cultivation under the background of "four new disciplines" construction and the collaborative training mode by colleges and universities, research institutions and enterprises to effectively improve the practical and innovative ability of talents, and promote the rapid development of biological medicine in China.
