Enlightenment of green chemistry technology to the reform of higher pharmaceutical education

摘要: 现代绿色化学技术是一个快速发展的科学领域,在过去十年中,不对称催化和流动化学技术,成为了绿色化学领域的两颗新星。未来从事药物研发和生产的技术型人才以及科学决策、组织协调的管理型人才必须在其教育中尽早接触这类快速发展的技术。笔者通过介绍药学领域新兴的绿色化学技术以及实践应用,分析美国药学高等教育和我国的现状,提出了新形势下我国高等药学教育改革的新思路,并将绿色化学技术纳入研究生课程提供新的启示。

Abstract:

The growing field of green chemistry and its relevance to pharmacy curriculais a rapidly developing scientific field. In the past decade, asymmetric catalysis and flow chemistry technology have become two new stars in the field of green chemistry. In the future, technical talents engaged in drug R & D and production and management talents engaged in scientific decision-making, organization and coordination must be exposed to such rapidly developing technologies as soon as possible in their education. This paper introduces some ideas of modern green chemistry technology in American pharmaceutical higher education, and provides suggestions for bringing green chemistry technology into graduate courses in Chinese higher pharmaceutical education under the new situation according to the emerging green chemistry technology and practical application.
