Abstract:

Building a talent training mode based on the integration of industry, education and medicine is a new exploration for improving the quality of talent training for pharmacy majors in medical schools and solving difficulties of school-enterprise-medicine cooperation. The integration of industry, education and medicine expands its dimension and effectively integrates the resources of universities, enterprises, and hospitals to form a community of common destiny for pharmacy talents education. In terms of feasibility, it has the common goal as the traction, the multi-dimensional subject cooperation as the form, and the value as the adhesion. The three main characteristics of the joint force form five paths of input community, management community, industry-university-research community, education community and evaluation community. The exploration on practically promoting the integration of production, education and medicine in the training of pharmacy talents in Wenzhou Medical University has achieved good results, and the construction experience is worthy of reference for other medical schools.

摘要: 构建基于产教医融合的人才培养模式是医学院校药学类专业提升人才培养质量、解决校企医合作现实困境的新探索。产教医融合拓展产教融合维度,有效整合高校、企业、医院三方资源形成药学类人才教育命运共同体,在可行性上具有以共同目标为牵引、以多维主体合作为形式、以价值耦合为粘合力的三个主要特征,形成投入共同体、管理共同体、产学研共同体、育人共同体和评价共同体五条路径。温州医科大学药学类人才培养中切实推进产教医融合的实践探索取得了较好成效,建设经验值得其他医学院校参考借鉴。
