摘要:

由于病毒的高致病性和高传染性、检测所需仪器设备高成本等因素,学生无法在本科阶段进行相关实验的实际操作,沈阳药科大学设计了高致病性病毒样本采集与检测分析虚拟仿真实验。从教学目标、仿真设计、教学过程等方面进行实验设计;通过详尽的交互性步骤和可能产生的实验结果进行实验内涵建设;从激发学生的学习兴趣、提升学习效率、创新教学模式与教学条件等角度检验了实验实施效果。学生获得从事病毒相关药物生产与开发的知识和技能,从而全面提升课程建设水平及人才核心竞争力。

Abstract: Due to the high pathogenicity and infectivity of the virus and the high cost of instruments and equipment required for detection, students cannot carry out the actual  experiments at the undergraduate stage. Therefore, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University has designed a simulated experiment for the collection, detection and analysis of highly pathogenic virus samples. The experimental design is carried out from the aspects of teaching objectives, simulation design and teaching process; the meaning of the experiment is realized through detailed interactive steps and possible experimental results; the experimental effect is tested from the aspects of stimulating students' learning interest, improving learning efficiency, innovating teaching mode and teaching conditions. Students acquire knowledge and skills of the production and development of virus related drugs, so as to comprehensively improve the level of course construction and the core competitiveness of talents.
