摘要：
为进一步加强、改进和完善新时期药学研究生党建工作，必须立足于药学学科专业特色人才培育，着力创新工作机制，有针对性地采取各种新举措，强化药学研究生党建工作效率，切实提高党建工作质量，努力培育德才兼备的药学优秀人才和医药事业的接班人。

Abstract:
In order to further strengthen, improve and perfect the work of Party building among pharmacy postgraduate students in the new era, it is necessary to focus on cultivating professional pharmacy talents and innovating the working mechanism. Various innovative measures should be adopted to improve the efficiency and quality of Party building work of pharmacy postgraduate students. Efforts should be made to cultivate outstanding pharmacy talents who have both ability and integrity, and successors to the pharmaceutical industry.
