Abstract: With the rapid development of internet technology, “Internet + mental health” service has emerged. "Internet+” injects endless energy into mental health service in colleges and universities with its shared, open and powerful function. The author explores the new mode of integration of internet technology and mental health education by analyzing the current situation and the characteristics of psychological development of college students to break the logjam of traditional way and enhance the effectiveness of mental health service.
