Exploration of teaching and student assessment model based on comprehensive skills development—A case study of Higher Mathematics

摘要:

目的 提高学生学习的主动性、增强学生的综合能力,培养出适应社会发展的专业型、综合型人才。方法 以高等数学课程为例,从教学模式和学生评价方法两方面对课程进行教学改革、教学实践,并应用t检验评价教学改革效果,进而总结改革过程中存在的问题。结果 教学改革采取案例式教学及对应的评价模式,对于学生的学习积极性、综合能力的提升均有一定改善(P<0.05)。结论 基于综合能力培养的教学与学生评价模式达到了预期的教学效果,但还存在一些问题,需针对存在的问题对教学与学生评价模式进行完善。

Abstract:

Objective To enhance students’ initiative, improve comprehensive skills, and cultivate professional and comprehensive talents who can adapt to social development. Methods Taking the Higher Mathematics course as an example, this study undertakes teaching reform and practices from both teaching method and student assessment perspectives. The study evaluates the effectiveness of the reform through t-test and summarizes the problems encountered during the process. Results The educational reform involves case-based teaching and corresponding assessment models, leading to significant improvements in student engagement and comprehensive skills enhancement (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching and student assessment model, centered on comprehensive skills development, has achieved the anticipated educational outcomes. However, some challenges remain, necessitating further refinement of the model in response to these issues.
