摘要:

学科建设与专业建设作为高等院校的两大基本建设,是影响高校核心竞争力和可持续发展的关键因素。学科专业一体化协同建设是高校在发展中践行科学发展观的具体内容。围绕制药行业绿色可持续发展对高层次环保人才的需要,依托环境科学一流专业建设,多举措、全方位探索了学科专业一体化建设途径,取得了显著成效,提高了相关学科的人才培养质量与科研创新能力,更好地服务国家及区域发展战略。

Abstract:

Disciplinary development and professional development are two fundamental pillars of higher education institutions and crucial factors that influence their core competitiveness and sustainable growth. The integration of discipline and specialty is a concrete manifestation of the scientific development concept in higher education. Focusing on the demand for high-level environmental talent in the pharmaceutical industry to support green and sustainable development, this study relies on the establishment of first-class environmental science program and employs a multi-faceted, comprehensive approach to explore pathways for integrating disciplinary and professional development. Significant progress has been achieved, enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and research innovation capabilities in related disciplines, and better serving national and regional development strategies.
