“多元化”形成性评价体系在药学类专业人体解剖生理学教学中的实践

The Practical implementation of "pluralistic" formative evaluation system in Human Anatomy and Physiology teaching for pharmaceutical majors

摘要:

为解决人体解剖生理学既往线下“终结性”考核评价模式所存在的考核内容不全面、无法动态监测和全面考察学生的学习情况、无法反映学生对知识点的实际应用能力的问题,笔者所在的教学研究团队通过增设考核内容、完善考核方法、调整考核模式,从“多元化”角度出发,分别从知识点考核和综合能力考核两方面对学生进行动态测评、操作技能、创新应用考核、期末线下测评,形成性地全方位评价学生对人体解剖生理学的掌握程度和应用能力。通过建立完善、全面的“多元化”形成性评价体系,我们期待在综合反映学生学习情况的同时,也能引导教师摸索适合药学专业学生的教学模式,对于培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质药学人才起到积极的推进作用。

Abstract:

To address shortcomings in the traditional "terminal" assessment mode in Human Anatomy and Physiology, such as incomplete content coverage, inability to dynamically monitor and comprehensively evaluate students’ learning, and failure to reflect practical application abilities, our teaching research team has introduced diversified assessment methods by adding examination contents, improving examination methods and adjusting examination modes. By incorporating knowledge assessment and comprehensive ability evaluation, we have developed a comprehensive and diverse formative assessment system, including dynamic assessments, practical skills, innovative applications, and offline finals. This system aims to holistically evaluate students' mastery and application abilities in human anatomy and physiology. By establishing a comprehensive "diversified" formative assessment system, we hope to not only provide a comprehensive reflection of students’ learning but also guide teachers in exploring suitable teaching models for pharmaceutical majors, actively promoting the cultivation of innovative and high-quality pharmaceutical talents.
