高校公共选修课满意度及改革对策探究——以沈阳药科大学为例

Research on the satisfaction degree and reform strategies of public elective courses in higher education—A case study of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University

摘要:

为调动学生学习积极性、改变学生对公共选修课的认识、让公共选修课真正发挥作用、促进学生全方面发展,本研究运用文献研究、调查分析等方法对沈阳药科大学的公共选修课现状进行满意度调研分析,进而结合学生、资深教师观点、课程自身特征及教学需求,从课程认识与选择、课程设置、教师教学三个方面对公共选修课的教学改革进行探索研究。提出增加选课指导、丰富课程种类、改进课程设置、提高教师教学水平等教学改革建议,为高校选修课的改革实践奠定基础。

Abstract:

In order to motivate students, change their perceptions of elective courses, and ensure that elective courses fulfill their intended roles in promoting students’ all-round development, this research utilizes methods such as literature research and survey analysis to assess the current satisfaction levels with elective courses in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. The study combines student perspectives, opinions from experienced teachers, the characteristics of the courses themselves, and teaching needs. The teaching reform of public elective courses was explored and researched from three aspects: course understanding and selection, course setting and teacher teaching. The paper proposes suggestions for teaching reform, such as increasing course guidance, diversifying course types, improving course design, and enhancing teacher teaching quality to lay the foundation for the practical reform of elective courses in universities.
