摘要:

随着工程教育建设与师资队伍建设的持续发展,如何提升教师整体素质,加强师资队伍建设已成为工程教育研究的热点。工程教育需要以高素质的师资队伍支撑其高质量发展。强化人才队伍支撑是提高学校教育教学质量的重要途径。目前,我国工程教育中的师资建设困境主要体现在理论与实践结合不足,以及专业与思政结合不足。笔者分析了工程教育师资队伍建设的现状,思考建设中存在的实践不足、思政能力较弱的问题,提出相应的改进思路,以求进一步提升教师队伍的综合素质和师德水平,建立更优质的师资队伍。

Abstract:

With the continuous development of engineering education and faculty development, how to improve the overall quality of teachers and strengthen the development of teaching staff have become a hot topic of engineering education research. Engineering education requires a high-quality faculty to support its high-quality development. Strengthening the teacher team is an important way to improve the quality of education and teaching in schools. Currently, the difficulties of faculty development in engineering education in China mainly lie in the insufficient integration of theory and practice, as well as the insufficient integration of professional and ideological and political education. The authors analyze the current situation of faculty development in engineering education, reflect on the lack of practice and weak ideological and political abilities in development, and propose corresponding improvement strategies to further enhance the comprehensive quality and moral level of the teacher team, and establish a higher-quality teaching staff.
