摘要:

依据沈阳药科大学专业硕士研究生培养目标,阐述了基于“产业链+CDIO”理念的中药学专业学位研究生实践教学模式的构建路径。以立德树人为根本,以产业需求为导向,构建对接产业链、创新链的教师队伍,构建以“产业链—专业岗位—职业能力”为主线的实践教学内容,构建“理论—实践—应用”三维递进的考核体系,形成一体化的实践教学模式,对应用型研究生的创新意识培养、专业实践能力提升、行业适应能力提升有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

According to the training objectives of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University for professional postgraduates, the practical teaching mode for postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine is elaborated in this paper based on the concept of “industry chain + CDIO”(Conceive,Design, Implement and Operate). Guided by moral education and industrial demand, we build a team of teachers connecting the industry chain with innovation chain, design practical teaching contents focusing on “industry chain-professional position-professional ability” , and progressive assessment system from three-dimensions of “theory-practice-application”, which forms an integrated practical teaching mode. It provides reference for cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and enhancing their professional practice ability and industrial adaptability.
