摘要： 随着高校适应新的发展管理理念，绩效管理逐步推行，相应对高校财务管理也提出了更高的要求。本文在以绩效管理作为提高高校管理效率的背景下，财务部门如何采取财务手段进行有效的配合，以在绩效管理全过程中发挥应有的作用。

Abstract:
